Welcome to Fine Mart (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fine Mart website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Fine Mart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

  • Users under 18 may use the Platform only under parental or legal guardian supervision.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Platform Use

You agree to use Fine Mart only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Misuse the Platform or interfere with its normal operation
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, scraping, or data extraction
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Abuse promotional offers, wallets, or refund mechanisms

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any misuse.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, prices, and images.

Minor variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting or screen differences
  • Packaging updates
  • Handmade or natural product characteristics

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, or misuse.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation notification.
  • We may cancel or limit quantities per customer at our discretion.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier limitations
  • Public holidays
  • Force majeure events

Fine Mart is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Wallet Policy

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Return requests must be made within the specified return window.

Once approved:

  • Refunds are credited to the Fine Mart Wallet
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash
  • Wallet balance may only be used for future purchases

Abusive or excessive refund requests may result in account restrictions.

8. Promotions & Offers

  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • Offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
  • Wallet credits, discounts, and vouchers are non-transferable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Fine Mart—including logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of Fine Mart or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fine Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud or misuse is detected
  • Required by law or regulatory authority

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
