Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all clothing and fashion items purchased from Fine Mart.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You received an incorrect size or color (not as ordered)
  • The item does not match the product description

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (you can adjust this period).

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be returned with the original invoice or order reference

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or intimate apparel
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

4. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  • Log in to your Fine Mart account
  • Go to My Orders → Request Return
  • Select the reason and upload images if required

Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.

5. Refund Method (Wallet Credits)

Approved refunds are credited to the Fine Mart Wallet

Wallet balance:

  • ❌ Cannot be withdrawn as cash
  • ❌ Cannot be transferred to another account
  • ✅ Can only be used for future purchases on Fine Mart

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

6. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a wallet refund will be issued
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed unless otherwise approved

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to Fine Mart’s error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be arranged or covered by us
  • For size or preference-related returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; standard return rules apply

9. Abuse & Misuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit returns for excessive or suspicious activity
  • Suspend or terminate accounts abusing return or refund policies
